New Inventory >>> Terms of Sale

Prices stated are in US Dollars, and are the “cash discount” prices. This means payment by one of the following methods: Certified Check, Bank (Cashier’s) Check, Wire Transfer or satisfactory Money Order. However, if buying in person I do accept US currency.

The only Credit Cards I accept are MasterCard and Visa that are issued by a US Bank. (I do not accept PayPal, American Express, Debit Cards or any other charge or credit type card.) When a credit card is used there is no "cash discount," so 3% is added to the price, including shipping and insurance.

There is no Sales Tax on shipments to destinations outside of New York State.

Sales tax will be added to all destinations within New York State. This includes the State Sales Tax (4%) plus any county and local Sales Taxes.

Shipments to the contiguous 48 States are by FedEx, with insurance for the actual purchase price. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are generally sent by US Priority Mail; it is much less expensive than FedEx to these states.

I ship to Canada. All shipments to Canada are via the Untied States Postal Service, using Priority Mail International. The same forms of payment as for U.S. shipments are available for shipments to Canada. However, the additional charge for using a Master Card or Visa is 5% instead of 3%. This is because I am charging a percentage for currency conversion.

I ship to most other foreign countries. Payment for shipments to foreign countries other than Canada must be by Wire Transfer to my bank. Please do not ask me to accept any other form of payment. If you are interested in purchasing by Wire Transfer let me know and I will email you the instructions for paying by Wire Transfer. Shipments are by U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail International. Please be aware that many countries have insurance limits well below the prices of many of my guitars. Also, many countries have  package size limitation. In order to be within the size limitation it may be necessary for me to modify a shipping carton and specially package the instrument. There is an additional charge for doing this. Also, if this will not make the package comply with the size limit the only alternative may be to ship in soft shell case. This does not provide as much protection as a hard shell case but I will do my best to protect the instrument with appropriate padding materials.

The foregoing Terms of Sale are subject to change without notice but a diligent effort will be made to promptly post any changes.
